# Nadim features prominently at Pune International Literary Festival

 Dec 20, 2024, 12:45:42 PM · By **Shimmr**

Celebrating Literature and Innovation at the Pune International Literary Festival

It was a remarkable week for Shimmr at the Pune International Literary Festival, aptly known as 'The Festival with a Heart'. Our presence was highlighted by engaging discussions on the intersection of technology and publishing, where we explored how AI can enhance creativity while preserving cultural expression - a core value at Shimmr.

A highlight of the festival was Shashi Tharoor's masterful presentation on linguistic cross-pollination, demonstrating the dynamic ways languages influence each other. The event was particularly energized by young readers' enthusiasm about publishing technology, reinforcing our mission to connect readers with impactful books.

Our CEO Nadim had the honor of participating in multiple speaking engagements and contributing to the launch of Dr. Manjiri Prabhu's new book. The festival's welcoming atmosphere, combining intellectual depth with warmth and inclusivity, provided an ideal setting for meaningful discussions about publishing's future.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Manjiri Prabhu for hosting such an inspiring event that truly embodied the festival's reputation for combining scholarly discourse with genuine human connection.
