The prestigious award celebrates innovators who are reshaping the publishing industry in their first decade of their careers. Searsha's recognition alongside nine other remarkable professionals reflects her pioneering work in bridging AI and publishing through our Automated Advertising technology.

Since co-founding Shimmr in 2022, Searsha has led the development of our AI-powered solution that is transforming how publishers connect books with readers. Under her leadership, we've helped hundreds of publishers achieve 6x higher engagement rates and a 12x increase in purchase intent with our fully automated advertising campaigns.
